The decoration at the cottage was simply enchanting. The warm hues of the walls and the tasteful furnishings created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The general areas of the cottage were well-maintained and provided ample space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. As a senior woman, I found the cottage to be easily accessible, with no steep stairs or obstacles that would hinder my mobility. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Could use more accessible amenities for senior guests.

The private bathroom at Castle View Cottage was a big plus for me. It had a lovely bath and shower combo, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. As someone who enjoys having their own space and privacy, this was a major highlight.
Personally, I found the bathtub a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just me.

The location was also ideal, offering peaceful surroundings and beautiful forest walks right on our doorstep. We especially loved that the cottage was dog-friendly, as it allowed us to enjoy the nearby Necarne Estate with our furry friend. I got so much value for my money at Castle View Cottage! The room was great, with high-end equipment and plenty of space to relax. The location was peaceful yet close to the main street, where there were lots of pubs and shops to explore. The locals were friendly, and the owner, Jacquie, was super helpful. It was the perfect base for exploring the West of Ireland, and only a short drive from Enniskillen. I'll definitely be coming back!
The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, maybe some more variety would be nice. But overall, it was a fantastic stay and this minor issue wouldn't stop me from returning.

I felt like a princess at Castle View Cottage. The beautiful surroundings and spaciousness of the cottage exceeded my expectations. The double bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the large shower in the bathroom was a luxurious treat. Despite the minor complaint of being too hot due to the underfloor heating, I can imagine it being excellent in cooler weather. I highly recommend this cottage for a wonderful stay.
